Discovery Call

We begin with an unhurried conversation — by phone, video, or in person. Share your vision, occasion, inspirations, and any heirlooms you'd like to incorporate. There is no obligation; this is simply where we listen.

30–45 minutes

Inspiration & Moodboard

Together we gather visual references — textures, stones, architectural details, family photographs. A shared moodboard becomes the north star for your design.

1–2 weeks

Sketches & CAD Concepts

Hand sketches evolve into detailed CAD renderings. You review, refine, and approve every angle before a single gram of metal is touched.

2–3 weeks

Material Selection

Choose your metals, stones, and finishes. We source ethically and present options within your budget — natural diamonds, colored gemstones, and heritage gold.

1 week

Production

Master artisans bring your approved design to life. Jeyanthii oversees casting, setting, engraving, and hand-finishing at every stage.

3–6 weeks

Delivery

Your finished piece arrives in bespoke packaging — accompanied by care guidance and a certificate of authenticity. For local clients, a personal handover is arranged.

What to expect

Simple Bands & Pendants

Approximately 4–6 weeks from design approval to delivery.

Engagement & Statement Rings

Approximately 6–8 weeks, depending on stone sourcing and complexity.

Bridal Sets & Complex Pieces

Approximately 8–12 weeks. Rush timelines available on request for an additional fee.

Quick answers

Is there a design fee?

A modest design retainer is collected at the start of the sketch phase. This is applied toward your final piece upon commission. If you choose not to proceed, the retainer covers the design work completed.

Can I work remotely?

At this time, we are only accepting in-person consultations and commissions. We hope to expand our remote services in the future as demand grows. Please check back for updates as we continue to grow and serve clients in new locations.

How are payments structured?

Typically: 50% deposit upon design approval and material confirmation, 50% before shipping or handover. Flexible arrangements are available for larger commissions.
